BOTHASIG AFC REGISTRATION PROCESS:
New members (New to football – never played before)
- Complete Bothasig Registration Form online
- Attach digital ID photo of the player
- Attach copy of birth certificate if under 16 years of age; or
- 16 years and over attach copy of ID.
- Payment for yearly subs (dependent on age group or team registering for -see below) Transferring members (Has played football at another club within the last 100 years)
- Complete Bothasig Registration Form online
- Attach digital ID photo of the player;
- Attach copy of birth certificate if under 16 years of age; or
- 16 years and over attach copy of ID
- Attach countersigned clearance certificate from previous club
- Payment for yearly subs (dependent on age group or team registering for) Existing members (Previously registered with Bothasig AFC and never registered anywhere else)
- Complete Bothasig Registration Form online
- Payment for yearly subs (dependent on age group or team registering for)
NOTE: 50% of subs payable on registration. Balance may be paid off, but full payment of subs must be had before the 1st league game.
