2018 Season.


The 2018 Committee would like to wish all our members, players, parents and supporters all the very best for 2018.

We need to start by saying that this season will be different. We will need to review the frequency and methods of our training sessions continuously taking cognisance of the effects of the drought that Cape Town is currently experiencing. We will endeavor to provide our members with a soccer season which adheres to agreed recommendations by our LFA or imposed by the CoCT. We trust that our members will be open minded and accommodating as the current situation is beyond our control


We met with our greater coaching team last night and made a decision to commence with pre-season arrangements, this is subject to change but the overall view is that we continue and if the situation changes we reconvene and rehash with a new scenario.


2018 Subscriptions as agreed to by the members at our AGM

  • U7 to U9 –  R540.00
  • U10 to U19 – R670.00
  • Students – R720.00 (must present a valid 2018 full time student card)
  • Seniors –R1200.00
  • Honorary Members – R390.00
  • Player 72 (Social non playing members) R230.00



Senior Registrations will commence Monday, 19 February 2018, the registration office will be open every Monday to Thursday evening from 17h30 to 18h30.

Junior Registrations will commence Monday, 26 February 2018, the registration office will be open every Monday to Thursday evening from 17h30 to 18h30.

Our Registrations Co-Ordinator for the 2018 season is Adele Saldanha.


Details of trails and training for the 2018 season

Junior training Monday, 26 February 2018

Training will take place at Abe Sher Stadium, de Boerin Street, Bothasig.

U7 to U11 will train on a Monday and Wednesday from 17h30 to 18h30

U11 to U17 will train on a Tuesday and Thursday from 17h30 to 18h30



Pre-season for Men’s and Ladies teams will commence on Monday, 19 February 2018. Details of training nights allocated per Snr team will be shared shortly

Filipe de Freitas is currently running pre-season training sessions Tuesday and Thursday evening from 18h30 at Abe Sher. These sessions include running and boot camp fitness. All members i.e. men and women keen to get fitness levels to the required level before pre-season training starts are welcome. He also has a Sunday morning ‘stairs’ session which is not for the fainthearted 😊


Details of when the 2018 season officially starts will be communicated once available.


We ask that you be patient and open to change, we will endeavor to provide updates as the season evolves.
