BOTHASIG AFC REGISTRATION PROCESS:
New members (New to football – never played before)
- Complete the Bothasig Registration Form online
- Attach a digital ID photo of the player
- Attach a copy of your birth certificate if you are under 16 years of age; or
- 16 years and over attach a copy of your ID.
- Payment for yearly subs (dependent on age group or team registering for -see below)
Transferring members (Has played football at another club within the last 100 years)
- Complete the Bothasig Registration Form online
- Attach a digital ID photo of the player;
- Attach a copy of your birth certificate if you are under 16 years of age; or
- 16 years and over attach a copy of your ID
- Attach countersigned clearance certificate from previous club
- Payment for yearly subs (dependent on age group or team registering for)
Existing members (Previously registered with Bothasig AFC and never registered anywhere else)
- Complete the Bothasig Registration Form online
- Payment for yearly subs (dependent on age group or team registering for)
NOTE: 50% of subs are payable on registration. Balance may be paid off, but subs must be paid before the 1st league game.
