Membership forms are available on our website. We encourage you to print and complete prior to calling at the Club.
Parents will need to complete the following for all Junior Members:-

• 2016 CTTFA Junior Registration Form
• 2016 CTTFA Code of Conduct – Jnrs
• 2016 CTTFA Code of Conduct – Parents
Senior Members will need to complete the following:-
• 2016 Bothasig AFC Senior Membership Form
• 2016 CTTFA Senior Registration Form
• 2016 CTTFA Code of Conduct – Seniors
All Managers, Coaches, Referees and Club Officials must also complete and sign

Registrations
Junior and Senior Registration – With effect from Monday, 15 February 2016, the registration office will be open every Tues, Wed and Thurs evening from 17h30 to 18h30.
Details of training for the 2015 season
Junior training for the 2016 season commences on Monday, 15 February 2016 at the Abe Sher Stadium, de Boerin Street, Bothasig
U7 to U12
Monday and Wednesday 17h30 – 18h30
U13 to U17
Tuesday and Thursday 17h30 – 18h30
All lads to come with their football kit and boots please
Senior Training for the 2016 season officially commences on Monday, 8 February 2016 at the Abe Sher Stadium, de Boerin Street, Bothasig
With the exception of our Ladies and the O40 side all training is on Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 18h45
Ladies side train on a Monday and Wednesday evening from 18h45 and the O40 side train on a Wednesday evening from 18h45
